Stonegate

About This Project

The Stonegate was a plan we built one time for a custom home. We made some modifications and found it to work well on wider lot lines. The plan is a 3 car, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. The kitchen tucks into a corner with a large island. The sink is positioned in the island allowing the cook to see the dining and great room. The master has a huge walk in single closet. A two-car garage is an easy modification.
