About This Project

The Pioneer is one of our newest plans. It is a 3 car, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. There’s a mudroom with cubbie organizers between the garage and kitchen. The kitchen is open and versatile. Families love the space for eating, homework, and keeping an eye on the kids while preparing meals. Couples like the space for ‘two cooks.’ Singles like to entertain with a dinner party or have grandkids over to make cookies. The master bedroom has one enormous closet with a window.
